About Me

Imagine having printable lesson plans for tomorrow?

...for next week?

...for the next month?

I can't even imagine because I didn't have that when I was teaching.

I taught over 6 different grade levels.

In many of my teaching positions, I had over 15 content areas to teach per day because my teaching assignments ranged from 2-6 different grade levels with a greater range of student ability levels.

Needless to say, I learned to differentiate and accommodate very quickly.

However, I still had to spend lots of nights and weekend hours planning and prepping for all of those content areas.

I wish I could get back the time to spend with my girls. They are all grown adults now.

I started creating resources during the 2006-2007 school year because I took the year off due to a move and having three daughters.

I quickly realized the demand and need for quality resources.

Teachers were overwhelmed and needing help.

I was getting great feedback from teachers telling me that students were learning the content through my resources and they greatly appreciated saving time.

I continued creating resources for students PK-8 even after I had taken another teaching job at an alternative high school.

Then came another move and another job.

This time is was a PK-12 special education coordinator at a large district.

Through all this, I continued writing, took additional classes beyond my Masters for an endorsement, and took care of three daughters while hubby commuted 4 hours a day.

I loved my job as a coordinator, but I was also falling in love with the huge impact I could have on teachers and students all over the world.

Teaching students with special needs had always been challenging and rewarding at the same time, and I believe I made a difference and impacted many students.

However, for me, creating resources has taken it to another level by combining my teaching experiences, writing skills and creative design.

It's leaving a legacy bigger than me.

It's reaching teachers and students whom I could never reach by foot.

It's continuing to make a difference...my ultimate goal.

I am able to offer quality resources at many different grade levels because I taught so many grade levels, from preschool to alternative high school education.

My store has become a one stop shop with over 2,000 printable resources for math, literacy, science, holidays, classroom decor and more.

I value and appreciate today's teachers. The stakes are higher than ever. The demands and expectations continue to grow, while salaries don't grow as quickly.

For this reason, I strive to provide lots of free samples.

I want you to sample resources to ensure they will work well for your students before purchasing the full resource.
